finally watching The Terror after spending most of last month reading it. very different from the book, not sure how i feel about that, but mostly i miss how slow the book was. the show takes everything too quickly, why does every new series have to be ten 1hr episodes? maybe it was just production constraints but i think the show would’ve benefitted from taking its time the way the 700 page book did
